If you encounter a technical defect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or technical support.ur refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Services & Industrial R&D
Refunds for consultancy and R&D services are handled as follows:
- Before Work Starts: Full refunds are available if requested before project commencement.
- In-Progress: If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of labor and resources already used.
- Completed Work: No refunds are provided once the service or R&D report has been delivered.
Refund Process
- Eligibility: Refunds are only granted for duplicate payments, failure to deliver the service, or if the product is proven to be not as described.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.
